They are not signs of instability or imbalance.
They are your mind’s way of adapting, surviving, and protecting your emotional world.

📘 Program Structure

3 individual therapy sessions
(45 minutes each)
Each session includes a guided experience, therapeutic dialogue, and personalized integration tools.

🔹 Session 1 – Meeting the Inner Voices

Theme: Emotional Awareness and Internal Mapping
Focus: Identifying the Inner Parts

You will explore two inner parts often in tension — one that pushes you forward and one that holds you back.

Through guided visualization and reflective journaling, you will:
✔ Connect with two inner aspects that speak in different ways
✔ Understand the functionality, role, needs, and intentions of each part
✔ Take the first step toward connecting with the calm, wise presence of the Inner Adult

🔹 Session 2 – The Voice of the Inner Adult: Clarity, Balance & Compassion

Theme: Guided Internal Dialogue by the Adult Self
Focus: Facilitating Dialogue Between Parts

You will practice engaging in a structured, compassionate dialogue between your active inner parts, guided by the Inner Adult.

You will:
✔ Choose one active part and practice a guided inner conversation
✔ Create an Internal Contract defining the Inner Adult as the leader
✔ Establish a daily 5-minute ritual for emotional regulation through self-compassion

🔹 Session 3 – Returning Home to Yourself

Theme: Integration and Emotional Regulation in Real Life
Focus: Strengthening the Inner Adult

This session focuses on consolidating and anchoring the Inner Adult as a stable internal presence.

You will:
✔ Experience the “Healing Ocean” visualization to strengthen your internal calm
✔ Develop a 4-step Anchoring Plan for emotionally difficult moments
✔ Conclude with a symbolic letter: From My Inner Adult to My Soul

    • You often feel in conflict with yourself – as if multiple voices inside you pull in different directions
    • One part of you wants full control, while another avoids, postpones, or withdraws
    • You struggle with a harsh critical voice, a part that sabotages you just when you’re close to success, or one that feels small, vulnerable, ashamed, or powerless
    • You feel like different parts live inside you:
    • a perfectionist that won’t let you make mistakes
    • a saboteur that appears when things are going well
    • a vulnerable child that needs protection
    • a critical voice judging everything you feel or do
